On 1999 we started with a one page free web site and only 6 items, taking orders by mail and email. We later bought the GlobalChocolates.com domain name and the business has been grown during the last 11 years. Now it has over 100 pages and over 1000 of selected fine gourmet products, specially European chocolates. We love quality chocolates, we eat a lot of chocolates and always tasting to find new high quality ones for ourselves and for you. We know it is hard to find them in regular stores, so we are working hard with love to make it easy for everybody to access these high quality chocolates. If you are looking for a special chocolate and it is not available on our site, please let us know. We might be able to find it for you and we'll enjoy it also; A win-win Situation!!! We're open 24/7/365. Browse our web site for the brands you love, any time, day or night. You can place your online order anytime through our secure ordering system. For your convenience we use Authorize.net secure system and Pay Pal for all transactions making sure your order is secure. In addition, we value your privacy and won't spam your mailbox or sell your email address. We only use your email in the case where we need to contact you about your order or sending you special offers and coupons once in a while. If you need to speak with us, give us a call and leave a message. We have not limited ourselves to office hours, so when it is possible we respond to calls and emails even during the night and on all Holidays. Our loyal customers are our precious friends who have made it possible for us to serve them all these years by their word of mouth. To ensure the freshness and quality of the chocolates, we do not keep inventory in our shipping location. All chocolates are kept in a cool warehouse located at the shore of San Francisco Bay area and will be transferred to the shipping location per your order. If you experienced a delay in our service, please forgive us because sometimes it takes time to receive the chocolates from the warehouse. Instead you can be sure you will get fresh chocolates and not an old inventory.
